There is one food that you probably eat all the time…

Celiac Disease, Gluten Sensitivities, and Heart Health
Celiac disease – an autoimmune disease that impacts your intestines – is on the rise.
There are millions of people currently living with celiac disease; and millions of others who probably live with it – but don’t know it.
Celiac disease is an inflammatory disease that only gets worse when one substance – gluten – is introduced into the body.
Gluten – a strong protein found in wheat, barley, and rye – has been shown to increase inflammation in the small intestines in those with gluten sensitivities and celiac disease.
And this inflammation in the body – as strange as it may sound – may eventually damage your heart.
You see, when gluten is introduced into the body, an inflammatory response may be released by your small intestines.
This may cause gas, bloating, cramps, and diarrhea to occur.
And this response also produces pro-inflammatory molecules, such as cytokines, acute-phase proteins, and others, which could then spill out of your intestines and travel all over your body.
Even to your heart!
This could put those with gluten sensitivities – and especially those with celiac disease – at risk for developing heart disease – otherwise known as coronary artery disease.
In a new study, researchers discovered that people with celiac disease may be at a higher risk for developing heart disease.
They found, during their study, that there was a much higher population of celiac patients (9.5 percent) who had developed coronary artery disease when compared to the controls.
And guess what? It didn’t matter the age of the patients!
In fact, they also discovered that younger people living with celiac disease showed a higher prevalence for developing CAD than those living without celiac disease.
The author’s conclusions: “There was a two-fold increase in the prevalence of CAD, which could be well due to the autoimmune disease causing systematic inflammation.”

Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease that affects millions of people worldwide.
This disease may be highlighted by very severe symptoms, while others may have no symptoms at all.
However, when people with this disease are exposed to gluten, then inflammatory markers may be increased in the small intestines, therefore posing issues to health.
In a new study, researchers discovered those inflammatory molecules may spill over into the bloodstream and travel through the body.
And this may increase the risk for coronary artery disease in those with celiac – regardless of age.
So if you suffer from celiac disease, or have gluten sensitivities, then limiting your exposure to gluten may just save your life and improve your health.
